Ciao, famiglia

Two Families, One Coastline

We met in one city, got engaged in another, and fell in love with the coast somewhere in between. So we are bringing everyone we love to the place we love most — for lemons, long lunches, a mandap overlooking the sea, and one very big party.

Our Story

Summer 2022

A Layover That Lasted

A delayed flight, a shared table at a crowded airport café, and a conversation that made us both miss the boarding call on purpose. Some delays are destiny.

Autumn 2022 – 2023

Two Time Zones, One Group Chat

Eight time zones apart, we ran up phone bills neither of us wants to talk about. Every visit ended the same way — one of us walking the other back to a departure gate, already planning the next trip.

Spring 2025

The Move

One of us packed up a life and moved to the other's coastline for good. First apartment, first real fights about furniture, first sunset on a shared balcony that made all of it worth it.

Spring 2026

The Question, On the Water

A little boat, a big ring, and a question asked somewhere between the cliffs and the horizon. The seagulls heard the yes before anyone else did.

The Weekend

Three days, one dress-code rule: bring colour. Everything is a short walk (or a scenic boat ride) from the hotel.

Friday · Day One

Benvenuti Sangeet

The first evening · 7:00 PM · The Terrace

Aperitivo on the terrace, then dhol meets tarantella — dance-offs strongly encouraged.

Saturday · Day Two

The Wedding

April 6, 2027 · 5:00 PM · The Wedding Venue

Vows in a clifftop mandap at golden hour, followed by dinner under the lemon trellis at The Wedding Venue.

Watch live

Sunday · Day Three

Boat Day Brunch

The morning after · 11:00 AM · The Marina

A lazy sail along the coast — swims, spritzes, and sunburnt goodbyes.

Getting There

A destination wedding is a small adventure — here is your map.

✈️

Fly In

Fly into the nearest international airport — we are arranging coaches to the hotel on the first two days. Watch the travel group for timings.

⛴️

The Scenic Route

Ferries run along the coast all day. Slower than the road, better than the road.

🏨

Hotel Blocks

Rooms are held at The Wedding Venue and two guesthouses in the village — book with our wedding code for the group rate.

🍦

Local Intel

Our favourite gelato spots, swim coves, and the one pizzeria worth the queue — see the list below.

While You Are on the Coast

Portofino

A short boat ride away — pastel houses, a tiny harbour, and the best people-watching on the coast.

Cinque Terre

Five cliffside villages linked by a coastal trail — go early to beat the crowds.

Camogli

A quieter fishing town with a proper beach and the frittura we keep talking about.

Straight from the locals

Local Intel

Our favourite corners of the coast — worth the detour on your way to or from the wedding.

Gelateria del Porto

Gelato

Pistachio and fig, in that order. Cash only, closes when the owner feels like it.

Da Enzo

The one worth the queue

No reservations, no menu changes since 1987, and it is entirely correct about both.

The Cove Past the Lighthouse

Swim spot

A fifteen-minute walk from the harbour and somehow always empty. Bring shoes for the rocks.

Panetteria Rosa

Breakfast

Open at 6am for the fishermen, which means you can get there before the tourists do.

Questions & Answers

What should I wear?

Resort elegant with a splash of colour for every event — think linen, silk, and sandals that survive cobblestones. Each invite has a suggested palette.

Do I need a visa?

Check your passport requirements well ahead of time — most visas for this coastline take a few weeks to process. Ask us for a recommendation if you would like help.

Is there a dress code for the boat day?

Swimwear under something breezy — the brunch moves straight from the deck to the table.

What about food?

Every meal has vegetarian, Jain and non-vegetarian options, and the kitchen is well used to Indian spice levels. Tell us about any allergies when you RSVP.

Can I bring a plus one?

Please check your invitation — if a seat is reserved for a guest, their name will be on it.

Still have a question?

Our family is only a phone call (or a WhatsApp) away.
